The five districts/cities with the highest agglomeration population death rate due to Covid-19, exceeding 0.11 deaths per 100,000 population per week, are Madiun City, Tarakan City, Muara Enim, West Lombok, and Malang, with respective values of 0.56 deaths per 100,000 population per week, 0.37 deaths per 100,000 population per week, 0.15 deaths per 100,000 population per week, 0.13 deaths per 100,000 population per week, and 0.11 deaths per 100,000 population per week, respectively.
The national Covid-19 data recapitulation from the Ministry of Health shows a decrease in the agglomeration population death rate due to Covid-19 in most districts/cities outside Java. No districts/cities recorded a daily agglomeration population death rate due to Covid-19 higher than previously recorded.
Areas outside Java with the highest agglomeration population death rate due to Covid-19 include Tarakan City, Muara Enim, and West Lombok, with respective rates of 0.37 deaths per 100,000 population per week, 0.15 deaths per 100,000 population per week, and 0.13 deaths per 100,000 population per week.
Although Covid-19 transmission has decreased in some areas, the government urges everyone to help reduce Covid-19 transmission by consistently wearing masks, maintaining physical distancing, and frequently washing hands with soap and running water. Avoiding crowds and reducing mobility also contribute to suppressing the spread of the coronavirus.
