West Java has the largest supply of subsidized housing nationwide.
This is recorded in the Developer Information System (SiKumbang), a working application for subsidized housing developers who are officially registered with the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR).
SiKumbang recorded that, as of May 30, 2024, the availability of subsidized housing in West Java reached 153,900 units, approximately 21% of the total national supply.
Other provinces with a large supply of subsidized housing include South Sulawesi, East Java, South Sumatra, North Sumatra, Central Java, Banten, South Kalimantan, Jambi, and Riau, as shown in the graph.
The availability of subsidized housing in these 10 provinces has exceeded the demand.
