Weekly Household Expenditure on Spices in Siak Regency

Household spending on spices in Siak Regency in 2023 was Rp4,226.34 per capita per week. This figure is higher than the previous year's expenditure, which was recorded at Rp3,281.53 per capita per week.

The five largest components of household spice expenditure in Siak Regency, ranked from highest to lowest, were: soy sauce at Rp607.65 per capita per week, flavor enhancer/MSG at Rp551.83 per capita per week, salt at Rp502.24 per capita per week, ginger at Rp401.86 per capita per week, and the lowest expenditure was for ready-made chili sauce at Rp53.67 per capita per week.

Per capita expenditure is the cost incurred for the consumption of all household members over a month, divided by the number of household members. This expenditure can be categorized into two parts: food and non-food needs.
