By target group, the vaccination details to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce group, with a target of 189,910 recipients, achieved 189,910 individuals vaccinated for the first dose (144.71% of the target) and 267,920 individuals for the second dose (141.08% of the target).
Public sector workers, with a target of 2.07 million individuals, received 2.75 million first doses (132.81% of the target) and 2.49 million second doses (120.38% of the target).
For the elderly, with a target of 4.34 million individuals, 3.25 million received the first dose (75.03% of the target), and 2.6 million received the second dose (60.04% of the target).
The general at-risk population, with a target of 21.64 million individuals, received 16.81 million first doses (78% of the target) and 13.94 million second doses (64.72% of the target).
For adolescents aged 12-17 years, with a target of 3.59 million individuals, 3.44 million received the first dose (95.99% of the target) and 3.05 million received the second dose (85.06% of the target).
