National COVID-19 vaccination as of Wednesday, October 13, 2021, has reached 164.91 million doses. This includes 103.2 million first doses, 59.69 million second doses, and 2.03 million doses administered through the "gotong royong" (community participation) program.
A total of 2 million healthcare workers have received the first dose, representing 135.9% of the target. 1.86 million healthcare workers have received the second dose (126.92% of the target). The government also recommends a third dose for healthcare workers; 1.04 million have received it (70.53% of the target).
For public service personnel, 27.94 million people have received the first dose (161.28% of the target), and 21.76 million have received the second dose (125.59% of the target).
Initially, the elderly were a priority vaccination group. To date, 7.25 million elderly individuals have received the first dose (33.64% of the target), and 4.68 million have received the second dose (21.73% of the target).
Starting in July 2021, the government also targeted vulnerable and general population groups. For this group, 60.77 million people have received the first dose (43.82% of the target), and 27.42 million have received the second dose (20.08% of the target).
Finally, adolescents aged 12-17 years were also targeted. A total of 4.12 million adolescents have received the first dose (15.44% of the target), and 3.02 million have received the second dose (11.32% of the target).
