COVID-19 Raw Case Data in Jakarta (as of 5.713)

As many as 5,713 community units (RT) in DKI Jakarta are in the high-risk zone for the Covid-19 coronavirus. This is because the potential for coronavirus transmission in these thousands of RTs is considered high.

Specifically, 1,733 RTs in the highest-risk coronavirus zone are located in West Jakarta. The RTs categorized as red zones in this area are in Cengkareng and Srengseng.

This is followed by East Jakarta with 1,594 RTs in the high-risk coronavirus zone. Three RTs in Cililitan and Kelapa Dua Wetan are in the red zone.

Then, there are 1,325 RTs in South Jakarta that are in the high-risk coronavirus zone. Of this number, three RTs in Cengkareng Barat and Srengseng are in the red zone.

A total of 1,061 RTs in North Jakarta are also in the high-risk coronavirus zone. Three RTs in Gandaria Selatan, Jagakarsa, and Petogogan are in the red zone.

There are 892 high-risk RTs located in Central Jakarta. None of the RTs in this area are in the red zone.

Meanwhile, only six RTs in the Thousand Islands are in the high-risk coronavirus zone. All RTs spread across Pulau Harapan, Pulau Kelapa, and Pulau Panggang sub-districts are in the yellow zone.

The large number of RTs in the high-risk zone reflects the recent surge in coronavirus cases in Jakarta. In fact, the increase in coronavirus cases in Jakarta reached 6,934 people on Friday, June 25, 2021.

To prevent the coronavirus from spreading further, the public is urged to diligently implement the 3M health protocols: wearing masks, maintaining distance, and washing hands with soap. In addition, the public is encouraged to avoid crowds and reduce mobility.
