Based on target groups, the details of the vaccination to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce group had a target of 28,220 recipients. For the first dose, vaccination was successfully carried out for 28,220 people (138.66% of the target), and for the second dose, 136% or 38,380 people were vaccinated.
Public sector workers had a target of 284,190 people. The first dose vaccination reportedly reached 288,120 people (101.38% of the target), and the second dose reached 94.98%, or 269,940 people.
The elderly target was 189,530 people. For the first dose, 142,230 people were vaccinated (75.04% of the target). The second dose reached only 57.59%, or 109,150 people.
The vulnerable general public target was 1.97 million people. For the first dose, vaccination was reportedly given to 1.52 million people (85.39% of the target). The second dose reached only 72.65%, or 1.28 million people.
Another target group was adolescents aged 12-17 years, with a target of 397,460 people. For the first dose, 368,510 people were vaccinated (92.72% of the target). The second dose reached 82.15%, or 326,530 people.
