For public sector workers, the target was 879,800 people. The first dose reached 1.37 million people (155.56% of the target), and the second dose reached 1.23 million people (140.02% of the target).

For the elderly, the target was 1.09 million people. The first dose was administered to 460,480 people (42.11% of the target), and the second dose to 331,520 people (30.32% of the target).
