Today's COVID-19 Provincial Data Update: Jakarta Records Highest Increase (Friday, May 13, 2022)

Indonesia today recorded an additional 335 Covid-19 cases, bringing the total number of cases since the start of the pandemic to 6.05 million as of Friday, May 13, 2022. The five provinces with the highest number of new cases today are DKI Jakarta, West Java, Banten, East Java, and Bali.

The following are the provinces with the highest increase in Covid-19 cases today

1. DKI Jakarta recorded an additional 101 cases

DKI Jakarta is ranked first. The increase in cases here is recorded at 101 cases, or a 0.01 percent increase compared to the previous day's cumulative total, which has reached 1.25 million. With this addition, the total number of cases in DKI Jakarta is now 1.25 million.

In addition to recording the highest increase in cases, DKI Jakarta also recorded one death. Thus, the total number of deaths during the Covid-19 pandemic in DKI Jakarta has reached 15,280. 2. West Java recorded an additional 64 cases

3. Banten recorded an additional 43 cases

The third highest increase in cases is in Banten.
