The five regencies/cities with the highest agglomeration death rate due to Covid-19, exceeding 0.08 deaths per 100,000 population per week, are Banyumas, Purwakarta, Batu City, Malang, and Malang City, with respective rates of 0.12 deaths per 100,000 population per week, 0.1 deaths per 100,000 population per week, 0.08 deaths per 100,000 population per week, 0.08 deaths per 100,000 population per week, and 0.08 deaths per 100,000 population per week, respectively.
A recapitulation of national Covid-19 data from the Ministry of Health shows that the agglomeration death rate due to Covid-19 in most regencies/cities outside Java has decreased. No regencies/cities recorded a higher daily agglomeration death rate due to Covid-19 than previously.
Areas outside Java with the highest agglomeration death rates due to Covid-19 include Badung, Denpasar City, and Klungkung, each with 0.02 deaths per 100,000 population per week.
Although Covid-19 transmission has decreased in some areas, the government urges everyone to help reduce Covid-19 transmission by consistently wearing masks, maintaining physical distance, and frequently washing hands with soap and running water. Avoiding crowds and reducing mobility also contribute to suppressing the spread of the coronavirus.
