The Ministry of Health (Kemenkes) recorded 128 districts/cities with weekly agglomeration tracing above the national average, currently recorded at 2.99 percent as of Monday, November 14, 2022.
The top five districts/cities with figures exceeding 21 percent are Lombok Barat, Metro City, Simalungun, Pasuruan, and Tasikmalaya, with values of 27.28 percent, 25 percent, 24.5 percent, 23 percent, and 21 percent respectively.
A recapitulation of national Covid data from the Ministry of Health shows that tracing in most districts/cities outside Java has decreased. Daily tracing figures higher than before were recorded in 31 districts/cities, while 37 districts/cities recorded lower tracing figures.
Areas outside Java with the highest tracing values include Lombok Barat, Metro City, and Simalungun, with tracing figures of 27.28 percent, 25 percent, and 24.5 percent respectively.
Although Covid-19 transmission has decreased in some areas, the government urges everyone to help reduce Covid-19 transmission by always wearing masks, maintaining distance, and frequently washing hands with soap and running water. Avoiding crowds and reducing mobility also contribute to suppressing the spread of the coronavirus.
