As of Wednesday, January 26, 2022, a total of 311.6 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered nationwide. This includes 182.86 million first doses, 126.17 million second doses, and 2.56 million doses administered through the community-based vaccination program ("gotong royong").
A total of 1.97 million healthcare workers have received their first dose, exceeding the target by 39.12%. 1.38 million healthcare workers have received their second dose (133.84% of the target). Furthermore, 1.38 million healthcare workers (93.73% of the target) have received a third dose, as recommended by the government.
For public sector workers, 22.51 million people (129.9% of the target) have received their first dose, and 20.33 million (117.32% of the target) have received their second dose.
The elderly were also prioritized in the initial vaccination phases. To date, 15.49 million (71.89% of the target) have received their first dose, and 10.18 million (47.22% of the target) have received their second dose.
Starting in July 2021, the government also targeted vulnerable and general populations. For this group, 102.73 million people (73.69% of the target) have received their first dose, and 71.45 million (51.48% of the target) have received their second dose.
Finally, for adolescents aged 12-17 years, 24.02 million (89.96% of the target) have received their first dose, and 18.6 million (69.64% of the target) have received their second dose.
