As of Saturday, November 6, 2021, 62.34 percent of the target population in Banten province has received the first dose of the COVID-19 vaccine. This equates to 5.75 million vaccine recipients out of a target of 9.23 million people. As of the previous day, 41.52 percent of the target population had received the second dose.

By target group, the vaccination details to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce target was 45,570 individuals. For the first dose, 45,570 people were vaccinated (151.81 percent of the target), and for the second dose, 142.39 percent of the target was achieved, or 64,880 individuals.

For public sector workers, the target was 456,150 individuals. The first dose vaccination reached 1.14 million individuals (249.42 percent of the target), and the second dose reached 212.08 percent of the target, with 967,420 doses administered.

For the elderly, the target was 643,610 individuals. For the first dose, 291,430 individuals received the vaccine (45.28 percent of the target). For the second dose, only 25.1 percent of the target was achieved, or 161,520 individuals.

For the vulnerable general population, the target was 6.88 million individuals. For the first dose, 3.65 million individuals received the vaccine (54.04 percent of the target). For the second dose, only 33.15 percent of the target was achieved, or 2.22 million individuals.
