National COVID-19 vaccination as of Tuesday, September 7, 2021, has reached 108.11 million doses. This includes 67.83 million first doses, 38.85 million second doses, and 1.43 million doses administered through community-based vaccination programs.
A total of 1.66 million healthcare workers have received the first dose, representing 113.06% of the target. 1.54 million healthcare workers have received the second dose (104.85% of the target). The government also recommends a third dose for healthcare workers; 722,840 have received it (49.21% of the target).
For public sector workers, 37.22 million people have received the first dose (214.82% of the target), and 20.42 million have received the second dose (117.82% of the target).
Initially, the elderly were a priority group. To date, 5.43 million elderly individuals have received the first dose (25.18% of the target), and 3.87 million have received the second dose (17.94% of the target).
Starting in July 2021, the government targeted vulnerable and general populations. For this group, 19.86 million people have received the first dose (14.67% of the target), and 10.51 million have received the second dose (7.85% of the target).
Finally, for adolescents aged 12-17 years, 2.8 million have received the first dose (10.5% of the target), and 1.94 million have received the second dose (7.25% of the target).
