The five regencies/cities with the highest agglomeration death rates due to Covid-19, exceeding 0.11 deaths per 100,000 population per week, are Palangkaraya City, Solok City, Batu City, Malang City, and Banjarnegara Regency, with respective rates of 0.33 deaths per 100,000 population per week, 0.26 deaths per 100,000 population per week, 0.11 deaths per 100,000 population per week, 0.11 deaths per 100,000 population per week, and 0.11 deaths per 100,000 population per week, respectively.
The national Covid-19 data recapitulation from the Ministry of Health shows a decrease in the agglomeration death rate due to Covid-19 in most regencies/cities outside Java. No regencies/cities recorded a higher daily agglomeration death rate due to Covid-19 than previously recorded.
Areas outside Java with the highest agglomeration death rates due to Covid-19 include Palangkaraya City, Solok City, and Pekanbaru City, with respective rates of 0.33 deaths per 100,000 population per week, 0.26 deaths per 100,000 population per week, and 0.08 deaths per 100,000 population per week.
Although Covid-19 transmission has decreased in some areas, the government urges everyone to help reduce Covid-19 transmission by consistently wearing masks, maintaining physical distancing, and frequently washing hands with soap and running water. Avoiding crowds and reducing mobility also contribute to suppressing the spread of the coronavirus.
