South Sulawesi Vaccination Coverage Reached 85.16% of the Target as of Wednesday, March 9, 2022

As of Wednesday, March 9, 2022, South Sulawesi Province has achieved an 85.16% vaccination rate for the first dose, covering 6.01 million of the 7.06 million targeted individuals. The second dose vaccination rate has reached 58.37% of the target.

By target group, the COVID-19 vaccination details in this province are as follows: Healthcare workers (target: 58,860 individuals) achieved 126.62% (58,860 individuals) for the first dose and 121.02% (71,230 individuals) for the second dose.

Public sector workers (target: 694,480 individuals) achieved an 86.31% vaccination rate for the first dose (599,400 individuals) and a 77.74% rate for the second dose (539,890 individuals).

The elderly (target: 753,920 individuals) achieved a 67.62% vaccination rate for the first dose (509,770 individuals) and a 40.83% rate for the second dose (307,820 individuals).

The vulnerable general public (target: 4.57 million individuals) achieved a 77.27% vaccination rate for the first dose (3.51 million individuals) and a 52.26% rate for the second dose (2.37 million individuals).

For adolescents aged 12-17 (target: 978,890 individuals), the first dose vaccination rate reached 89.16% (872,760 individuals), while the second dose reached 67.21% (657,880 individuals).
