The Ministry of Finance (Kemenkeu) reported that the Free Health Check (CKG) program, launched on February 10, 2025, had reached 70.8 million Indonesian residents by December 31, 2025.
This priority program under President Prabowo Subianto is spread across several islands, with Java having the highest number, reaching 47.3 million people.
This number is significantly higher than other islands, such as Sumatra with 11.8 million participants. Sulawesi followed with 5 million people.
Other islands include Bali-Nusa Tenggara (3 million), Kalimantan (2.3 million), and Maluku-Papua (1.3 million).
In total, approximately 70.8 million Indonesian residents had undergone free health checks by the end of last year.
During the APBN Kita press conference, Deputy Minister of Finance, Thomas Djiwandono, stated that the realization of this program reached Rp2.1 trillion within the same period.
According to the Ministry of Finance's release in March 2025, the government allocated Rp3.4 trillion for CKG.
CKG services cover three main schemes: health checks on birthdays for infants, children, and adults; school-based checks for children aged 7-17 years every new academic year; and routine checks for pregnant women and children up to 6 years old.
