The Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS) survey results, published by the BPS, show that the Indonesian Hajj Pilgrim Satisfaction Index (IKJHI) reached 88.46 points. This achievement falls into the 'very satisfactory' category.
Based on service type, Shalawat bus transportation received the highest satisfaction score, reaching 92.15 points.

This was followed by intercity bus transportation services, which achieved a score of 91.62 points. According to Amalia, this was achieved thanks to complete facilities, air conditioning, safety, and friendly drivers. Other indicators received scores below 90 points.
