The implementation of the third dose of the COVID-19 vaccination program has been underway for a semester across all regions. The latest data (as of Sunday, September 3rd, 2023) shows that Yogyakarta City has the highest third-dose vaccination rate in Yogyakarta Province, reaching 77.55%.
Previously, the city achieved 221.01% for the first dose and 214.21% for the second dose. A total of 1.52 million doses have been administered in this region, exceeding the target of 296,420 vaccine recipients.

Nationally, the third-dose vaccination rate in Indonesia currently stands at 38.18%, showing no change from the previous day.
According to the latest data from the Ministry of Health's dashboard, the national vaccination rate for the first dose has reached 86.88% and 74.55% for the second dose, based on the target number of vaccine recipients.
