East Java Province recorded an increase of 436 Covid-19 cases on Wednesday, September 15, 2021. This increase was the highest compared to other provinces. However, this figure is down compared to the previous day's 497 cases.
The next highest Covid-19 increases among the top five provinces were West Java with 384 cases, Central Java with 332 cases, DKI Jakarta with 305 cases, and North Sumatra with 250 cases.
The total increase from the top 10 provinces reached 2,530 people (64%). The remaining increase in the other 24 provinces amounted to 1,418 people (36%).

Confirmed cases of the coronavirus (Covid-19) in Indonesia increased by 3,948 people on Wednesday, September 15, 2021. This increase brings the total number of Covid-19 cases in Indonesia to 4.18 million.
Meanwhile, from the 92,328 active cases yesterday, the number of patients declared recovered today increased by 11,046, and the number of deaths increased by 267.
