Based on target groups, the details of the vaccination to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce group has a target of 32,220 recipients. For the first dose, vaccination was successfully carried out for 32,220 people (136.6 percent of the target), and for the second dose, 129.1 percent or 26,230 people were vaccinated.
Public sector workers have a target of 402,220 people. The first dose vaccination reportedly reached 370,590 people (92.14 percent of the target), and the second dose reached 77.82 percent, or 313,020 people.
The elderly target group numbers 405,570 people. For the first dose, 233,040 people have been vaccinated (57.46 percent of the target). The second dose has only reached 29.52 percent, or 119,720 people.
The vulnerable general public target is 2.41 million people. For the first dose, 1.73 million people have been vaccinated (72.03 percent of the target). The second dose has only reached 37.72 percent, or 907,650 people.
