The top five, starting from the highest, are Pangandaran, Padang Lawas Utara, Simalungun, Mandailing Natal, and Muna Barat, with ratios of 77.57 percent, 72.77 percent, 68.21 percent, 65.72 percent, and 60.64 percent respectively.
Pangandaran is ranked first. With a population of 407,350, the weekly suspect examination percentage is recorded at 77.57 percent. The latest positive rate is 0 percent. The positive rate in this region has decreased compared to the previous week's ratio.
Next is Padang Lawas Utara. The population of this region is recorded at 293,240. In an effort to prevent the Covid-19 pandemic, the weekly suspect examination percentage is 72.77 percent. The positive rate in this region is recorded at 1.41 percent, an increase compared to the previous week's percentage.
Furthermore, Simalungun recorded 68.21 percent, Mandailing Natal recorded 65.72 percent, and Muna Barat recorded 60.64 percent for weekly suspect examination percentages.
Anticipating the impact of Omicron in various regions, based on the national Covid data recapitulation, there are 207 regencies/cities in Indonesia that actively report higher daily weekly suspect examination percentages than before. Meanwhile, 115 other regencies/cities recorded lower weekly suspect examination percentages compared to the previous week.
