By target group, the vaccination details to combat the COVID-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce group had a target of 49,010 recipients. For the first dose, vaccination was successfully carried out for 49,010 people (124.68% of the target), and for the second dose, 118.62% or 38,380 people were vaccinated.
Public sector workers had a target of 439,480 people. The first dose vaccination reportedly reached 616,960 people (140.38% of the target), and the second dose reached 127.87% or 561,980 people.
The elderly target was 597,070 people. For the first dose, 387,040 people received the vaccine (64.82% of the target). The second dose reached only 31.75% or 189,560 people.
The vulnerable general public target was 4.37 million people. For the first dose, 3.04 million people received the vaccine (70.49% of the target). The second dose reached only 34.33% or 1.47 million people.
Another target group was adolescents aged 12-17 years, with a target of 846,680 people. For the first dose, 743,280 people received the vaccine (87.79% of the target). The second dose reached 62.88% or 532,410 people.
