This figure is equivalent to 2.32 million vaccine recipients out of a target of 3.83 million people. Meanwhile, the second dose vaccination coverage reached 30.57 percent of the target.
Based on target groups, the details of the vaccination to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: the health workforce group with a target of 32,220 recipients. For the first dose, vaccination was successfully carried out for 32,220 people (136.71 percent of the target), and for the second dose, 127.97 percent or 41,230 people were vaccinated.
Vaccination for public officials targeted 402,220 people. The first dose vaccination reportedly reached 390,170 people (97 percent of the target), and the second dose reached 77.96 percent, or 313,570 people.
Next, vaccination for the elderly targeted 405,570 people. For the first dose, it was administered to 159,900 people (39.43 percent of the target). For the second dose, only 17.56 percent, or 71,220 people, were vaccinated.
Vaccination for the vulnerable general public targeted 2.41 million people. For the first dose, vaccination was reportedly administered to 1.33 million people (55.15 percent of the target). For the second dose, only 22.01 percent, or 529,440 people, were vaccinated.
Another target group is adolescents aged 12-17 years. In this region, the target set was 582,840 people. For the first dose, it was administered to 401,300 people (68.85 percent of the target). For the second dose, only 36.9 percent, or 215,040 people, were vaccinated.
