95.99% of the first dose of COVID-19 vaccination has been achieved in Bangka Belitung Islands Province.

As of Tuesday, April 19, 2022, the first dose of COVID-19 vaccination coverage in Bangka Belitung Islands Province has reached 95.99 percent. This figure is equivalent to 1.09 million vaccine recipients out of a target of 1.14 million people. Meanwhile, the second dose vaccination has reached 81.17 percent of the target as of yesterday.

Based on target groups, the details of the vaccination to combat the Covid-19 virus in this province are as follows: The health workforce group had a target of 11,100 participants. For the first dose, vaccination was successfully carried out for 11,100 people (125.89 percent of the target), and for the second dose, 123.65 percent or 13,720 people were vaccinated.

Public service personnel vaccination targeted 89,570 people. The first dose vaccination reportedly reached 116,110 people (129.62 percent of the target), and the second dose reached 120.98 percent, or 108,370 people.

Elderly vaccination targeted 95,860 people. For the first dose, it has been administered to 71,270 people (74.35 percent of the target). The second dose has only reached 63.32 percent, or 60,700 people.

Vaccination for the vulnerable general public targeted 789,860 people. For the first dose, vaccination has reportedly been administered to 605,320 people (77.24 percent of the target). The second dose has only reached 63.29 percent, or 495,510 people.
