National COVID-19 vaccination as of Thursday, April 7, 2022, has reached 360.53 million doses. This includes 197.24 million doses of the first dose, 160.98 million doses of the second dose, and 2.31 million doses for the community-based vaccination program.
A total of 2.02 million healthcare workers have received the first dose, or 137.84% of the target. 1.97 million healthcare workers have received the second dose, or 133.83% of the target. For healthcare workers, the government also recommends a third dose, which has been administered to 1.51 million healthcare workers, or 102.65% of the target.
For the first dose vaccination of public officials, 18.54 million people have received it, or 106.99% of the target. Of this number, 16.84 million people, or 97.18% of the target, have received the second dose.
In the first phase, the government also prioritized elderly individuals. However, to date, only 17.22 million, or 79.9% of the target, have received the first dose. The second dose has been administered to 13.43 million, or 62.3% of the target.
Starting in July 2021, the government also targeted vulnerable and general population groups for vaccination. For this group, 112.42 million people, or 80.45% of the target, have received the first dose. The second dose has been administered to 90.33 million, or 64.77% of the target.
Finally, another vaccination target group is adolescents aged 12-17 years. A total of 25.1 million people in this group, or 93.98% of the target, have received the first dose. Of that number, 21.39 million people, or 80.08% of the target, have received the second dose.
