Silver Price Drops to US$72,925 per Troy Ounce (Tuesday, April 07, 2026)

Silver prices for Tuesday, April 07, 2026 transactions dropped. Today's silver trading price was recorded at US$72,925 per troy ounce. This figure is lower than the previous day's trading price of US$72,993 per troy ounce. The current condition is similar to the silver price movement in the last day, which is in a downward trend.

Over the past week, silver price movements rose by 3.34% with an average daily trading price of US$73.54 per troy ounce. According to calculations by the Katadata Insight Center (KIC), year-to-date (ytd), silver prices have risen by 2.69%. Meanwhile, so far this year, the highest trading value for silver commodities was transacted at US$115.15 per troy ounce on Monday, January 26, 2026.

Annually, the average silver trading price over the past five years has been on an upward trend. Meanwhile, for monthly price monitoring, transactions over the last 12 months tend to rise. The highest average monthly price of silver commodities was recorded in January 2026 at US$93.97 per troy ounce.

According to records from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources (ESDM), some silver-producing regions in Indonesia include Bengkalis Regency (Riau), Bontang City (East Kalimantan), Laut Island (South Kalimantan), Sambas Regency (West Kalimantan), and Bolaang Mongondow Regency (North Sulawesi).
