National COVID-19 vaccination as of Saturday, January 22, 2022, has reached 307.06 million doses. This includes 180.71 million doses of the first dose, 123.78 million doses of the second dose, and 2.56 million doses for the community-based vaccination program.
A total of 1.96 million healthcare workers have received the first dose of the vaccine, or 138.99% of the target. 1.36 million healthcare workers have received the second dose, or 133.64% of the target. For healthcare workers, the government also recommends a third dose, which has been administered to 1.36 million healthcare workers, or 92.76% of the target.
For the first dose vaccination of public officials, 22.91 million people have received it, or 132.2% of the target. Of this number, 20.7 million people, or 119.48% of the target, have received the second dose.
In the first phase, the government also prioritized elderly people for vaccination. However, to date, only 15.34 million, or 71.17% of the target, have received the first dose. The second dose has been administered to 9.99 million, or 46.33% of the target.
Starting in July 2021, the government also targeted vaccination for vulnerable and general population groups. For this group, 101.84 million people, or 73.06% of the target, have received the first dose. The second dose has been administered to 69.92 million, or 50.39% of the target.
Finally, another vaccination target group is adolescents aged 12-17 years. A total of 23.85 million people in this group, or 89.31% of the target, have received the first dose. Of that number, 18.36 million people, or 68.75% of the target, have received the second dose.
