National COVID-19 vaccination as of Sunday, October 3, 2021, has reached 148.47 million doses. This includes 93.91 million first doses, 52.68 million second doses, and 1.88 million doses administered through the "gotong royong" (community participation) program.
A total of 1.98 million healthcare workers have received the first dose, exceeding the target by 35.01%. 1.84 million healthcare workers have received the second dose, exceeding the target by 25.36%. The government also recommends a third dose for healthcare workers; 960,430 have received it, representing 65.39% of the target.
For public sector workers, 27.79 million have received the first dose (160.4% of the target), and 19.6 million have received the second dose (113.11% of the target).
The elderly were also prioritized in the initial stages. However, only 6.64 million (30.82% of the target) have received the first dose, and 4.44 million (20.59% of the target) have received the second dose.
Starting in July 2021, the government targeted vulnerable and general populations. For this group, 52.51 million have received the first dose (37.93% of the target), and 23.29 million have received the second dose (17.09% of the target).
Finally, for adolescents aged 12-17 years, 3.94 million have received the first dose (14.74% of the target), and 2.68 million have received the second dose (10.03% of the target).
