During the corona pandemic, 43% of people donated digitally. This is an 11% increase compared to the 32% before the pandemic.

Meanwhile, those donating non-digitally decreased from 34% before the pandemic to 24%. People donating both digitally and non-digitally also decreased, from 35% to 33%.

The research, titled "GoPay Digital Donation Outlook 2020," used purposive sampling of 1,319 respondents in Sumatra, Java, Kalimantan, Sulawesi, Bali, and Nusa Tenggara. The survey was conducted from March to October.
