Average Schooling Duration of Sigi Residents Still Below National Average

The average schooling duration (RLS) of residents aged 25 and over in Sigi, Central Sulawesi reached 9.05 years in 2025.

Quoting data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS), the RLS of residents in this area is below the Central Sulawesi provincial average of 9.1 years in 2025.

Sigi's resident RLS increased by 0.01 years (0.11%) compared to the previous year, which was 9.04 years. Meanwhile, over the last five years, the RLS has risen by 0.45 years (5.23%).

This RLS indicates that the average Sigi resident only attends school up to the 9th grade level. However, this RLS is still below the national average RLS of 9.07 years in 2025.
