As of Thursday, November 4, 2021, a total of 202.79 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered nationwide. This includes 123.43 million first doses, 77.11 million second doses, and 2.24 million doses administered through the community-based vaccination program ("vaksinasi gotong royong").
A total of 2.02 million healthcare workers have received their first dose (137.36% of the target). 1.9 million healthcare workers have received their second dose (129.52% of the target). Furthermore, 1.15 million healthcare workers (78.5% of the target) have received a third dose, as recommended by the government.
For public sector workers, 28.11 million people (162.22% of the target) have received their first dose, and 23.12 million (133.4% of the target) have received their second dose.
The elderly were prioritized in the initial vaccination phase. To date, 8.88 million elderly individuals (41.21% of the target) have received their first dose, and 5.49 million (25.48% of the target) have received their second dose.
Starting in July 2021, the government also targeted vulnerable and general populations. For this group, 76.11 million people (54.75% of the target) have received their first dose, and 40.97 million (29.76% of the target) have received their second dose.
Finally, for adolescents aged 12-17 years, 7.12 million (26.65% of the target) have received their first dose, and 4.58 million (17.17% of the target) have received their second dose.
