National COVID-19 vaccination as of Monday, October 11, 2021, has reached 160.87 million doses. This includes 100.88 million first doses, 57.99 million second doses, and 2 million doses administered through the "gotong royong" (community participation) program.
A total of 1.99 million healthcare workers have received the first dose, or 135.55% of the target. 1.86 million healthcare workers have received the second dose, or 126.47% of the target. For healthcare workers, a third dose is also recommended, with 1.02 million having received it, or 69.57% of the target.
For public sector workers, 27.91 million people have received the first dose, or 161.09% of the target. Of these, 21.55 million, or 124.35% of the target, have received the second dose.
In the first phase, the government prioritized the elderly. However, to date, only 7.11 million, or 32.98% of the target, have received the first dose. 4.63 million, or 21.48% of the target, have received the second dose.
Starting in July 2021, the government also targeted vulnerable and general populations. For this group, 58.67 million people, or 42.32% of the target, have received the first dose. 26.1 million, or 19.13% of the target, have received the second dose.
Finally, adolescents aged 12-17 years are another target group. A total of 4.1 million, or 15.37% of the target, have received the first dose in this group. Of these, 2.94 million, or 11.02% of the target, have received the second dose.
