As of Monday, February 21, 2022, a total of 332.65 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered nationwide. This includes 189.69 million first doses, 140.42 million second doses, and 2.53 million doses administered through the "gotong royong" (community participation) program.
A total of 2.03 million healthcare workers have received their first dose (138% of the target), and 1.96 million have received their second dose (133.28% of the target). Furthermore, 1.45 million healthcare workers (98.7% of the target) have received a third dose, as recommended by the government.
For public sector workers, 19.87 million individuals (114.68% of the target) have received their first dose, and 17.91 million (103.35% of the target) have received their second dose.
The elderly were prioritized in the initial vaccination phase. To date, 16.04 million elderly individuals (74.43% of the target) have received their first dose, and 11.23 million (52.1% of the target) have received their second dose.
Starting in July 2021, the government also targeted vulnerable and general populations. For this group, 107.27 million individuals (76.89% of the target) have received their first dose, and 79.04 million (56.84% of the target) have received their second dose.
Finally, for adolescents aged 12-17 years, 24.56 million (91.98% of the target) have received their first dose, and 19.75 million (73.94% of the target) have received their second dose.
