As of Tuesday, March 29, 2022, a total of 357.43 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine have been administered nationwide. This includes 196.24 million first doses, 158.83 million second doses, and 2.36 million doses administered through community-based vaccination programs.
A total of 2.02 million healthcare workers have received their first dose (137.64% of the target). 1.96 million healthcare workers have received their second dose (133.56% of the target). Furthermore, 1.47 million healthcare workers have received a third dose (100.21% of the target).
For public sector workers, 18.62 million individuals have received their first dose (107.45% of the target), and 16.9 million have received their second dose (97.52% of the target).
Initially, the elderly were prioritized. To date, 17.08 million elderly individuals have received their first dose (79.24% of the target), and 13.18 million have received their second dose (61.17% of the target).
Starting in July 2021, the government targeted vulnerable and general populations. For this group, 111.73 million individuals have received their first dose (79.98% of the target), and 89 million have received their second dose (63.84% of the target).
Finally, for adolescents aged 12-17, 25.02 million have received their first dose (93.68% of the target), and 21.2 million have received their second dose (79.4% of the target).
