Belmera Toll Road Tariffs Increase as of September 17, 2023: Here's the Breakdown

The Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) and PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk. will increase the Belawan-Medan-Tanjung Morawa (Belmera) toll road tariffs, effective September 17, 2023, at 00.00 WIB.

According to the official Instagram page of Jasamarga Regional Nusantara (@jalantolnusantara), this tariff adjustment is based on the Decree of the Minister of PUPR Number 1087/KPTS/M/2023, signed on August 28, 2023.

"Ensure sufficient fuel and KawanJM e-money balance before driving!" wrote Jasamarga Regional Nusantara in its Instagram post on Wednesday (September 14, 2023).

With this new policy, here are the details of the new Belmera toll road tariffs based on the furthest distance (closed system):

* Class I: from Rp8,500 to Rp9,000
* Class II: from Rp15,000 to Rp16,000
* Class III: from Rp15,000 to Rp16,000
* Class IV: from Rp21,500 to Rp23,000
* Class V: from Rp21,500 to Rp23,000

The Belmera Toll Road, managed by Jasa Marga, has 12 toll gates (GT) consisting of GT Tanjung Morawa, GT Tanjung Mulia, GT Belawan, GT Bandar Selamat 1, 2, 3 & 4, GT H. Anif 1 & 2, GT Mabar 1 & 2, and GT Amplas.

The Belmera Toll Road is 42.7 km long and is part of the Trans-Sumatra Toll Road network, connecting the Medan-Kualanamu-Tebing Tinggi Toll Road, the Medan-Binjai Toll Road, and the Binjai-Stabat Toll Road.
