Garuda Indonesia was named the Indonesian travel & tourism brand with the best impression in 2022.
This assessment was announced by YouGov, a London-based market research firm, in its report titled *YouGov Travel & Tourism: Brand & Destination Rankings 2022*.
YouGov created this ranking based on a consumer satisfaction survey conducted from January 1 to December 31, 2021. YouGov also analyzed the negative or positive impressions consumers had of each brand.
Here are the top 10 brands with the best impressions in Indonesia in 2022, according to YouGov:
1. Garuda Indonesia – 63.7 points
2. Citilink – 26.2 points
3. Aston Hotel – 26.2 points
4. JW Marriott – 22 points
5. Ibis Hotel – 21.8 points
6. Ritz-Carlton – 20.6 points
7. Grand Hyatt – 20.3 points
8. Shangri-La – 20 points
9. Sheraton – 19.8 points
10. Singapore Airlines – 19.3 points
Garuda Indonesia ranked first with a score of 63.7 points, surpassing several other well-known brands in the travel & tourism service provider category in Indonesia, such as Aston Hotel, JW Marriott, Singapore Airlines, and others.
Citilink, a subsidiary of Garuda Indonesia, ranked second with a score of 26.2 points. Aston Hotel ranked third with a score of 26.2 points.
