2023: 107 closures
2024: 289 closures

Then, 172 crossings are directed for reorganization and closure due to limited road conditions, and 1,638 other crossings are prioritized for safety facility improvement.

Anne mentioned that about 80% of accident incidents at crossings occur at unguarded points. From 2023 to 2026, there were 948 victims in various incidents at level crossings.

The causes of these incidents are triggered by behaviors such as trespassing, not stopping, and not paying attention to the surrounding conditions before crossing.
