PT Jasa Marga (Persero) Tbk recorded 1.19 million vehicles returning to Jakarta, Bogor, Tangerang, and Bekasi (Jabotabek) from the first to the fourth day after the 2025 Eid al-Fitr holiday (March 31 - April 5, 2025).
This cumulative traffic figure is based on data from four main toll gates: Cikampek Utama (from the Trans Java direction), Kalihurip Utama and the Japek II Selatan Functional Toll Gate (from Bandung), Cikupa (from Merak), and Ciawi (from Puncak).
The total volume of traffic returning to Jabotabek after the Eid holiday surged by 49.8% compared to normal days.
Cikampek Utama Toll Gate on the Jakarta-Cikampek Toll Road was the busiest, with 389,028 vehicles passing through – a 152.3% increase from the usual traffic volume.
The second busiest was Cikupa Toll Gate on the Tangerang-Merak Toll Road, with 283,209 vehicles traveling from Merak to Jabotabek. The volume increased slightly by 1.4% compared to normal days.
Traffic returning to Jabotabek from Bandung via Kalihurip Utama and the Japek II Selatan Functional Toll Gate totaled 273,917 vehicles, a 57.6% increase from the usual volume.
Finally, the volume of traffic returning to Jabotabek from Puncak via Ciawi Toll Gate on the Jagorawi Toll Road was 248,071 vehicles, a 30.8% increase from normal daily traffic.
