United States, Banten's Largest Non-Oil and Gas Export Destination as of September 2021

According to the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) report, non-oil and gas exports from Banten Province reached US$ 1,123.22 million in September 2021, down 7.63% from the previous month's US$ 1,216.02 million. Compared to the same period last year, non-oil and gas exports in September 2021 increased by 30.7%.

The largest destination for non-oil and gas exports in September 2021 was the United States, with exports reaching US$ 204.3 million. This was followed by China and Vietnam, at US$ 133.04 million and US$ 77.96 million respectively.

The highest increase in export value occurred in Thailand, with an increase of US$ 17.5 million (31.25%), while the lowest increase was in South Korea, at only US$ 5.03 million (12.28%).

The largest non-oil and gas export value in September 2021 came from footwear, reaching US$ 194.76 million. This was followed by plastics and plastic goods, and organic chemicals, with export values of US$ 92.33 million and US$ 91.96 million respectively.

The highest increase in export value was in iron and steel, at US$ 73.05 million (630.92%). This was followed by organic chemicals at US$ 67.93 million (282.74%), and copper, which increased by US$ 8.29 million (12.21%).
