Export Volume of Oil-Containing Seeds (SITC) from Central Sulawesi Province, August 2024 - January 2025

Central Sulawesi Province recorded a total export volume of 1.78 million tons in January 2025. Exports of oilseeds (SITC code 22) from the province increased to 271,960 tons in January 2025.

This increase in exports for SITC code 22 contrasts with the declining trend observed over the previous five months. According to Bank Indonesia (BI) records, exports from the province in the same period the previous year totaled 713,960 tons.

Central Sulawesi's customs import documents recorded 20 export commodity groups. These commodities are categorized under 2-digit SITC codes. The commodity group with the highest export volume was SITC code 67, iron and steel.

Over the past 16 months, Central Sulawesi's highest export volume was recorded in July 2024 at 1.13 million tons, while the lowest was in December 2024 at 178,950 tons.
