Indonesia's Rubber Exports to Slovenia Drop to US$51.58 Million

Indonesia recorded exports to Slovenia worth US$122.79 million as of December 2023. This value shows a drastic 34.49% decrease compared to the previous year's exports, which were recorded at US$187.43 million.

Indonesia's trade record with Slovenia shows an upward trend in exports over the past 10 years. The lowest export value was US$80.66 million, while the highest reached US$187.43 million.

Of the 97 products (two-digit HS codes) exported to Slovenia, 38 products were worth more than one billion dollars. Furthermore, according to Trademap data, there are 54 main Indonesian products exported to this country annually. In other words, these products are the mainstay of Indonesian exports to Slovenia. The rest are mostly products also exported to many other countries.

Under HS code 27, mineral fuels, mineral oils and products of their distillation are a group of export goods categorized together with bituminous substances and mineral waxes. Indonesia exported US$25.33 million worth of these products.

3. Paper and Paperboard

Under HS code 48, Paper and Paperboard are a group of export goods categorized together with articles of pulp, paper or paperboard. Indonesia exported US$9.92 million, an increase compared to the previous period's US$9.375 million. Indonesia exported this product to only one country. Exports of Paper and Paperboard to Slovenia are recorded as the largest. The five other countries that are sources of Paper and Paperboard exports are the United States, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, and Italy.

4. Man-made staple fibers

Next, Indonesia also exported US$5.81 million worth of man-made staple fibers to Slovenia. The export value of this product increased compared to the previous period, which was recorded at US$4.940 million. Currently, the largest export of man-made staple fibers is still to Slovenia. Another exported product is machinery and electrical equipment and parts, amounting to US$5.23 million. This export value is lower than the previous period, which reached US$6.887 million. Indonesia's export destination for this product is one country. Exports of machinery and electrical equipment and parts to Slovenia are recorded as the largest.
