Indonesia Tops the Standings in the First Series of the 2023 SEA V League

Indonesia's men's volleyball team won the first leg of the 2023 SEA V League after defeating Thailand at the Jenderal Polisi Kunarto Volleyball Training Center in Sentul, Bogor, on Sunday evening (July 23, 2023).

The Indonesian team secured three victories after defeating the Philippines, Vietnam, and finally Thailand with a final score of 3-1.

This decisive victory made Farhan Hakim and his teammates the champions of the first leg of the 2023 SEA V League.

The victory over Thailand was also a revenge match for Indonesia. In the 2023 AVC Challenge Cup, Indonesia lost to Thailand in the top 6 round with a close score of 3-2.

Indonesia topped the SEA V League 2023 Series 1 standings with a near-perfect score of 9 points, meaning they won 9 sets and lost only 1.

Thailand finished second with 6 points, while Vietnam took third place after winning against the Philippines in their final match.
