Several Indonesian national team players are featured in the provisional top scorer standings of the 2024 U-23 Asian Cup after winning against South Korea in the quarter-finals at Abdullah bin Khalifa Stadium, Doha, on Friday (26/4/2024).
The match ended in a 2-2 draw after 120 minutes. Rafael Struick scored against South Korea in the 15th and 45+3rd minutes.
The draw forced both teams into a penalty shootout, which Indonesia won 11-20. As a result, Indonesia advanced to the semi-finals of the 2024 U-23 Asian Cup.
Struick's position is equal to that of his teammates, Komang Teguh and Marselino Ferdinan, who both scored two goals.
Komang scored the first goal for Indonesia in the U-23 Asian Cup against Australia and Jordan. Marselino scored two goals in the match against Jordan.
