According to a Nielsen Korea survey released by *Preview*, *The World of the Married* (2020) still holds the title of the highest-rated Korean drama as of early 2023.
This drama, about the complexities of a doctor's romantic life, achieved a 28.37% rating, the highest among similar genre dramas.
Following closely is *Reborn Rich* (2022), a story about an employee who reincarnates and seeks revenge on the company where he worked. Its rating surpassed that of *Sky Castle* (2018), which was ranked second early last year.
Other 2022 releases also managed to displace older dramas and enter the top 10 list this year, namely *Extraordinary Attorney Woo* and *Under the Queen's Umbrella*.

These ratings were compiled by Nielsen Korea based on periodic surveys of television viewers in South Korea.
The survey was conducted only among cable TV subscribers and did not include viewers of public television channels, which have a larger audience.
