In early May 2022, several food businesses in Jakarta criticized the online food delivery platform GoFood.

These businesses considered GoFood's commission fees too high, burdening GoJek drivers, GoFood partners, and consumers.

This survey was conducted by LD FEB UI on 4,363 culinary UMKM partners of GoFood spread across 21 cities in August 2021.

Data collection was conducted online using a simple random sampling approach, with a margin of error of 2% and a confidence level of 95%.
