This is the Fastest Fixed Broadband Internet Brand in Indonesia by the End of 2025

OpenSignal released a list of the fastest fixed broadband internet service providers (ISPs) in Indonesia in November 2025.

This list is the result of research on eight major ISPs operating in Indonesia during the period of August 2 – October 29, 2025.

The results show that Biznet Home is the fastest fixed broadband internet provider in Indonesia, with an average download speed of 37.8 megabits per second (Mbps).

It is followed by XL Home with a download speed of 34.6 Mbps and Oxygen.id with 33.3 Mbps. Only these three providers have an average download speed above 30 Mbps.

Below are the details of fixed broadband internet download speeds in Indonesia based on service provider brands in August-October 2025:

• Biznet Home: 37.8 Mbps
• XL Home: 34.6 Mbps
• Oxygen.id: 33.3 Mbps
• CBN: 29.8 Mbps
• Indosat HiFi: 29.4 Mbps
• MyRepublic: 28.8 Mbps
• IndiHome: 24.4 Mbps
• Icon Plus: 16.7 Mbps

OpenSignal also found that 67% of the fixed broadband internet market in Indonesia is dominated by Telkomsel, which owns the IndiHome service.

"This makes Telkomsel the operator with the largest regional and population coverage in Indonesia in terms of fixed broadband services," OpenSignal wrote in its report.
