According to *The Digital Mum Survey: Indonesia-2024* released by theAsianparent Insights, the majority of mothers in Indonesia shop online 2-4 times a month. This percentage reaches 36% of the total respondents.

Next, mothers who shop online 5-7 times a month account for 25%, once a month 17%, and more than 12 times a month 14%.

Regional Head of Research at theAsianparent, Nimas Kusuma, said *The Digital Mum Survey: Indonesia-2024* aims to reveal the patterns of challenges in motherhood, shopping preferences, and digital activities to better understand the evolving role of technology.

“With a focus on the motherhood journey, general and online purchasing behavior, digital application usage, and community engagement,” said Nimas, as quoted from theAsianparent Insights press release on Friday (February 21, 2025).

This quantitative survey was conducted online in 2024 using purposive random sampling. The survey involved 1,000 respondents, and interviews lasted 15-20 minutes.

The survey respondents were women aged 18-40 years and older with children, residing in Indonesia, and representing a mix of all socioeconomic status groups.
