In efforts to uphold consumer protection, from January 1 to July 25, 2024, the OJK issued 171 written warnings to 127 PUJKs, 3 injunctions to 3 PUJKs, and 25 fines to 25 PUJKs.

As a result, 137 PUJKs have compensated consumers for 905 complaints, totaling Rp110.26 billion in compensation.
