Google's 10 Most Searched Personalities: Bunda Corla Takes the Crown!

A number of celebrities and public figures topped the Google Indonesia search list in 2022. This is included in Google's report titled *Year in Search 2022*, which contains a list of the most frequent searches throughout the year.

This annual Google report aims to identify the most searched items by Indonesian netizens over the past year. Several categories are included, such as the most searched topics, films or TV series, song lyrics, national events, and the most intriguing figures.

The most searched figure this year is Cynthia Corla Pricillia, also known as Bunda Corla. The former model and actress, currently residing in Germany, gained public attention due to her viral live streams on Instagram and TikTok.

Bunda Corla frequently showcases her daily activities, from eating and shopping to singing and dancing to dangdut music during her social media live streams. In a single live stream, she can attract hundreds of thousands of viewers, including Indonesian celebrities.

In second place is Jesse Choi. The South Korean man married actress and singer Maudy Ayunda in May 2022. Jesse Choi's background and romantic moments with Maudy attracted public attention, placing him on the list of the most searched figures on Google this year.

Third place is occupied by the son of Raffi Ahmad and Nagita Slavina, Rayyanza Malik Ahmad. Despite being a toddler, Rayyanza, also known as Cipung, has garnered many fans due to his adorable behavior in the celebrity couple's vlogs.

Other figures included in Google's top search list this year are Jeje Slebew, who went viral for his actions at Citayam Fashion Week; Bjorka, the hacker of government websites; and Ferdy Sambo, the former Head of the Propam Division of the Indonesian National Police, involved in the murder case of Brigadier J.
